NOTICE of JOB AVAILABILITY

TITLE: RESTAURANT MANAGER, BUA, LLC

DUTIES: Work in Atlanta, GA. Direct and coordinate the overall function of the kitchen staff for BUA restaurant and overseeing and managing all areas of the restaurant. Ensure that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas; endure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances. Ensure consistent high quality of food preparation and service. Estimate food and beverage costs and food needs and place orders with distributors. Ensure customer service in all areas and respond to complaints. Manage shifts which include: daily decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness. Interview candidates, direct hiring, supervision, development, and when necessary terminate employees. Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews. Prepare schedules and ensure that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts. REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Restaurant Management, Nutrition or a related field. Must have 2 years experience in the job as a Restaurant Manager or in a related position. Must have experience working at a restaurant serving Thai cuisine. Must have indefinite legal authority to work in U.S. EEO.
